Frequently Asked Questions

About Our Organization

What is The Pink Exchange, Inc? The Pink Exchange Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing women with a resource for goods often used during the breast cancer treatment journey. Founded in 2025, we work to gather and distribute goods.

What is your mission?

Our mission is to provide a forum for the redistribution of goods used by women during their breast cancer treatment journey.

Every person’s breast cancer journey is unique, From the diagnosis, though surgery(ies), chemotherapy, and/or radiation, each patient acquires a variety of products meant to aid them in their journey. Often, women obtain the items that they need or expect to need and, once they move to a next phase in this journey, have items they no longer need. Some items are never or barely used.

As a woman begins her journey, we provide a place to obtain some of those items from others who no longer need them. Providing this service decreases the overall cost of goods for new patients and decreases the items being thrown away when they are still in good condition.

The Pink Exchange obtains items from women who no longer need certain items and redistributes them to the next person. We maintain a stock of items that have been donated in order to make it easier for a woman to obtain what she is looking for. Because of the emotional toll of being diagnosed with cancer, we believe there is tremendous value in making things easier for a person beginning this journey. Goods will be redistributed free of charge.

We offer social media and a company website for communication and coordinating exchanges. Initially, the majority of the items will be acquired and distributed locally within Worcester County. As the awareness of our service grows, we will expand our distribution to include delivery or shipping of items to increasing areas.
